Sergey Isaverdyan SOLD, Flowers, 2021
About the Artist and the Artwork
Sergey Isaverdyan graduated from Yerevan Academy of Fine Arts and State Engineering University of Armenia. Participated in several group exhibitions in Armenia

“Frequently, when I stand at a canvas and draw I realize that the truth is lost among the lines and colors. For me the truth has become a dream that I seek, it has become a life meaning. I find it difficult to convey my feelings through words, sometimes it seems that life decorates the untruth with joy. The truth for me is my feelings that is eternal. It is tough to find true feelings under the tulle of beauties of life.

My work is predominantly figurative. In my art I endeavor to express my emotional state, my mood and deep feelings, which are reflected in the depicted figures and are molded with their own emotions. I find my inspiration in my ability to convey to canvas even a small part of my feelings.
